- 2 to 3 pounds boneless chuck roast cut into large chunks/Seared
- 2 tablespoon oil (any)
- 2 roma tomatoes quartered
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 medium onions halved
- 1 bunch chopped cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic (whole)
- 3 tablespoons of “EPIC” Chipotle Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt plus more to taste
- 2-3 cups beef broth or 4 beef bouillon
- Cook for 2-3 hours
