Chipotle Birria Tacos

  • 2 to 3 pounds boneless chuck roast cut into large chunks/Seared 
  • 2 tablespoon oil (any) 
  • 2 roma tomatoes quartered
  • 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 medium onions halved
  • 1 bunch chopped cilantro 
  • 3 cloves garlic (whole) 
  • 3 tablespoons of “EPIC” Chipotle Seasoning 
  • 1 teaspoon salt plus more to taste
  • 2-3 cups beef broth or 4 beef bouillon 
  • Cook for 2-3 hours
