- 2 tablespoons oil (any)
- 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
- 2 medium yellow onion -diced
- 4 large garlic cloves - minced
- 1 can tomato paste (6oz)
- 3 tablespoons “EPIC” Dry Rub (or to taste)
- 1 can chili hot beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups of water
- Plate & Garnish with preferable toppings
