Dry Rub Chili

  • 2 tablespoons oil (any) 
  • 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
  • 2 medium yellow onion -diced
  • 4 large garlic cloves - minced 
  • 1 can tomato paste (6oz) 
  • 3 tablespoons “EPIC” Dry Rub (or to taste)
  • 1 can chili hot beans 
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups of water 
  • Plate & Garnish with preferable toppings
