EPIC Seafood Boil

  • 3 lemons quartered (on side)
  • 3 tablespoons of “EPIC” SEAFOOD SEASONING 
  • 2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 medium onions thinly sliced
  • 1 pound small Yukon gold potatoes halved (boil) 
  • 4 ears corn on cut in half (optional) 
  • 3 lobster tails (optional)
  •  1 pound crab legs (pre-cooked)
  • 1 pound smoked sausage cut into 1 inch pieces, kielbasa or andouille
  • 1 pound raw shrimp peeled and deveined (leave tails on)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
