Za'atar Chicken Thighs

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • Score each chicken thigh front and back
  • 8 garlic cloves, paste or minced
  • Grated zest and juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons “EPIC” Za’atar Blend
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt/Leban
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Parsley leaves, for garnish (optional)
  • Ground sumac, for garnish (optional)
  • Pomegranate seeds, for garnish (optional)
  • Mint leaves, for garnish (optional)
